Montreal Tigers vs Cricket Windies B Team

This would be the fourth match of the newly organized T20 league in Canada and the match will be played between the Montreal Tigers and Cricket Windies B team.

The tournament predominantly comprised 5 teams but the Windies B team was a last moment inclusion in the tournament to make it a six-team affair.  This would be a maiden appearance for Windies B team whereas Montreal Tigers have already featured in an encounter prior to this.

Montreal Tigers went down reeling at the hands of Winnipeg Hawks where the Hawks posted a mammoth total of 203 runs with the loss of 4 wickets and in reply the Tigers fell short by 46 runs and their campaign started off with a loss.

David Warner was the one who was supposed to grab all the eyeballs of his fans as he was making a return into competitive cricket after a gap of 3  months, but somehow it did not work for him as he was bowled by one of slinga Malinga delivery for a solitary run. Even though Warner did not trouble the scorers but Ben McDermott(68), Darren Bravo(54) and a quickfire knock from David Miller(35* off 15) meant that they posted a tottering score which was unreachable for their opponents.
