GER vs BRA MATCH PREVIEW:

The last match between Germany and Brazil can be termed as ‘A Haunting in Estadio Mineirao’ for the Selecao and its fans.

What happened on 7 July 2014 is long etched in the memory of every football fan. We bet even if one person on the planet would have expected such a scoreline against the five-time Champions and that too in front of their own fans, and in their own backyard.

Now it’s Germany who would be playing host to Brazil at Olympiastadion, with the visitors certainly hoping to give their host a big payback check in front of their own fans.

But that looks a distant possibility as Joachim Low has too many talented footballers at his disposal. While any team can have an occasional meltdown just as the Little Canary experienced four years ago, a reverse scoreline is too much to ask from Tite’s men who will once again face Germans without their talismanic Neymar in their rank.

Germany made the easy work of their qualification as they won 10 out of the 10 games, scoring 43 goals in the process. Though, it’s worth noting that all those teams were well short of the talent that Brazil possess, but all their performances, including in the FIFA Confederations Cup, showed that they won’t be easy to beat.

Brazil also found it easy in their South American qualification as they accumulated 41 points in their 18 games, winning 12 and losing just once in those games. But as they say, there are no easy opponents in South America and that’s why it’s quite worth to note that Brazil finished the campaign 10 points clear of 2nd placed Uruguay, and 13 points ahead of archrival Argentina.

A mouthwatering tie awaits all of us, Buckle Up-

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:

It’s a mouthwatering tie and too big to call. Nobody can forget what happened four years ago. Brazil may opt for some pensive approach, while Germany are short of some regular first teamers.

So it could be a game decided by an odd goal or so.

We are going for an away win in this match-

0-1 for Brazil.
