MCI vs CRY Dream11 Match Prediction

MCI vs CRY Dream11: Crystal Palace are one of those few teams who can easily be tagged as a bogey team for both Pep Guardiola and Manchester City in recent seasons. Palace were the team to stop City’s 18-game winning run back in 2017-18 season. They were the first team to beat City at the Etihad Stadium last season. Can Palace do the same here, and take something out of Etihad, or will City be bringing out their “A Game” here with a no-nonsense approach? Pep is too good to repeat the same mistake, so the latter looks a better deal.
Everything will be clear when Manchester City play host to Crystal Palace this weekend at the Etihad Stadium as the Cityzens looks to wedge out Leicester City’s defiance towards taking over the 2nd spot on the Premier League table.

Manchester City vs Crystal Palace Team News:

Manchester City Team News: Aymeric Laporte is back in training, only in some capacity, but he lacks match fitness at the moment and won’t be playing in this game. Leroy Sane, on the other hand, is still in the treatment room and is nowhere near to making it even into the training ground.

How Manchester City may line-up?

Manchester City arguably produced the best 45 minutes this season as they cut Aston Villa to shreds in the first half of their encounter at Villa Park last weekend. Believe it or not, the Villa fans headed out to the exit gates before the time hitting the half-hour mark, for City were clear by 3 goals in 28 minutes.

Pep has no reason to tempt with that playing, but he has the luxury if making changes, but don’t expect more in numbers though. Maybe one or two, depending on how Pep perceives this game, and of course a small matter of keeping the legs fresh.

John Stones looked composed at the back after a while and Pep will give him another game in aid to build the dwindling confidence. His partner, though, should go by the identity of Fernandinho, with Kyle Walker and Benjamin Mendy out on the wings.

David Silva clocked the full 90 minutes against Villa, and the Spaniard is expected to feature from the bench here with Bernardo Silva starting against Palace.

Gabriel Jesus got the goal at Villa Park, but he will most probably make way for Raheem Sterling who was an unused substitute last weekend.

Manchester City key players:

Sergio Aguero: 13 Goals.
Raheem Sterling: 11 Goals.
Kevin De Bruyne: 07 Goals and 14 Assists.

Crystal Palace team news: Roy Hodgson’s options are reduced further after influential midfielder Max Mayer suffered an ankle injury during last weekend’s 1-1 draw against Arsenal, ruling him out for the indefinite period.

The former Schalke midfielder joins Mamadou Sakho, Jeffrey Schlupp, Scott Dann, Andros Townsend and Patrick Van Aanholt on the treatment table.

In addition, Palace will also be without their captain Luka Milivojevic who is serving the second of a three-game ban after a red card in the FA Cup 3rd round 0-1 defeat against Derby County.

Crystal Palace likely changes:

Defender Joel Ward has recovered from a knee injury and is available for selection, but Hodgson is likely to stick with James Tomkins and Gary Cahill, with Martin Kelly on the right-back and Jaïro Riedewald at left-back.

A little shakeup in the formation is expected from Hodgson, forced by the lack of options, to indemnify for Meyer.

So expect Jordan Ayew to move out on to the right-wing, with Cenk Tosun getting his first start for Palace since arriving from Everton on loan.

Crystal Palace key players:

Jordan Ayew: 06 Goals.
Wilfried Zaha: 03 Goals
