आपको बता दें, बेंगलुरू एफसी ने 18 मुकाबलों में 10 जीत और चार हार के साथ 34 अंक अर्जित किये. बाकी के चार मुकाबले ड्रा रहे. वहीं, नॉर्थईस्ट ने इतने ही मुकाबलों में सात जीत हासिल की. आठ मुकाबले ड्रा रहे तो सिर्फ तीन मैचों में नॉर्थईस्ट को हार का मुंह देखना पड़ा.

गौर हो, नॉर्थईस्ट की टीम ने पहली बार प्लेऑफ में जगह बनाई है. इस सीजन नॉर्थईस्ट का प्रदर्शन काफी शानदार रहा. जमशेदपुर के अलावा नॉर्थईस्ट ही एकमात्र ऐसी टीम रही, जिन्हें सिर्फ तीन मैचों में हार मिली. यहीं नहीं, इस टीम ने सबसे कम गोल (18) खाए.

इससे पता चलता है कि नॉर्थईस्ट यूनाइटेड की डिफेंस ने पूरे सीजन लाजवाब प्रदर्शन किया है. टीम की ओर से B Ogbeche ने सबसे ज्यादा 12 गोल दागे हैं. वहीं, मिडफील्ड में F Gallego और R Borges ने अब तक बहुत अच्छा काम किया है. Borges ने चार गोल और दो असिस्ट किये, तो गैलेगो ने चार गोल और चार असिस्ट किये हैं.

दूसरी ओर, बेंगलुरू एफसी की टीम ने पूरे सीजन अपना दबदबा कायम रखा. हालांकि, ब्रेक के बाद टीम के प्रदर्शन में गिरावटें देखने को मिली. लेकिन, छेत्री की टीम खिताब की प्रबल दावेदार है. एक बार फिर मीकु-छेत्री की जोड़ी धमाल मचाने के लिए तैयार है. वहीं, युवा उदांता सिंह से सेमीफाइनल के इस पहले लेग में गोल की उम्मीदें है.
Mislov Komorski चोट के कारण पहले ही बाहर हो चुके हैं. Gurwinder Singh को पिछले मैच में रेड कार्ड दिखाया गया था. इस कारण प्लेऑफ के पहले लेग में गुरविंदर नहीं खेल सकेंगे.
