FRK VS DOR BUNDESLIGA FOOTBALL MATCH PREDICTION- TEAM NEWS

Borussia Dortmund vs Eintracht Frankfurt

Bundesliga

FRK VS DOR MATCH PREVIEW:

Borussia Dortmund will play host to the surprise package of the season, Eintracht Frankfurt in this mouthwatering clash at Westfalenstadion with only goal difference separating Dortmund and Frankfurt who are fourth and fifth respectively in the table.

Dortmund are unbeaten in their last 10 Bundesliga games but are drawing too many games (Win-5, Draw-5). Also, after losing against RB Leipzig in the 1st leg of Europa League, doubts are starting to surface over Peter Stoger’s ability to manage a club of such size. According to some rumors, Dortmund have even identified current Huddersfield manager David Wagner as a perfect candidate to replace Stoger at the Signal Iduna Park.

Frankfurt, on the other hand, are flying in the seventh heaven in Bundesliga this season. Last week’s 1-0 win over Hannover was their win in the last seven Bundesliga games. The Eagles have already accumulated 42 points in the 25 games, making this tally their best ever return since 1995.

But under Stoger, Dortmund have become a good defensive team and only Bayern Munich have kept more clean sheets in Bundesliga since Stoger took charge of this team.

The home team is also beaming in confidence since Marco Reus made his long-awaited return from the Injury. The two-times Bundesliga player of the year has scored four times in his last seven games, so Frankfurt need to be at their best if they are to keep him quiet.
