Ravindra Jadeja was heavily trolled by the Twitterati for dropping two catches while playing against the KKR on Thursday.

The incident happened during the second over of KKR’ run chase when Jadeja missed the catch while standing at mid-off during both the deliveries.

Twitteratis soon came into an active mode and the fans started retweeting tweets from MS Dhoni’s timeline where CSK skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni shared a few tweets in 2013 when Jadeja won CSK a match in style.

CSK lost their last game against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by six wickets but it was their third loss in nine games.

Batting first, the Chennai Super Kings put 177 runs on board – a target which was chased by KKR in 17.4 overs.

Shubman Gill and Dinesh Karthik’s 83-run partnership for the fifth wicket helped KKR win their fifth game in the tournament.

CSK would be hosting Royal Challengers Bangalore in Pune on Saturday and it remains to be seen whether Dhoni replaces Jadeja or gives him another chance to prove himself.
