IND vs MIN Dream11: I am a WNBA fan and I have loved watching the league since 2019. There are various talented players that flow under the radar and the post-game is alive in the league even now. Yes, there are mostly shooters making most of the dent but there are highly intriguing inside players too. Anyway, in this game, the Minnesota Lynx will host the Indiana Fever.

The Fever has begun this season, just like the last one, winning just three of their 15 games. In their last game, they lost to the Liberty in the last game 83:97 despite a 23-points performance by Kelsey Mitchell. On the other hand, the Lynx team has had a similar journey to fever, winning just three of their 13 games, an injury to Sylvia Fowles has only complicated the matters further. They lost to the Mystics 59:76 in the last match as the offense once again disappeared. Will this be a low-scorer?

Host: Minnesota Lynx
Visitors: Indiana Fever

WNBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

Two teams that are reeling

Losing Sylvia surely hurts the Lynx, a team that has already been among the worst offensive squads. One of the major problems for the Lynx has been that except Sylvia, no one has been consistent scoring-wise, and the struggles of Aerial Powers has surely hurt the team. For instance, in the last game, Powers had 12 and Banham had 10 but apart from them, no one even reached the double-figures as the team shot a horrific 32.8%. Is this going to be the template for Lynx’s season.

The Fever has been the worst defensive team in the league, which is a surprise to me, to be honest, considering they have rookies like Engstler and Nalyssa, both capable defenders. Strangely, they lead the league in offensive rebounds per game but are second-worst in terms of defensive rebounds per game. Egbo, Smith, and Nalyssa have been amazing getting to the offensive boards, but the team rebounding remains a question mark. Kelsey Mitchell is burdened with too many scoring responsibilities, Vivivans has been strong but overall, it is the defense that has let them down.

WNBA Scores, Fantasy Basketball Top Picks

Kelsey Mitchell(IND)
Points: 23
Rebounds: 00
Assists: 04
Steals: 01
You can’t turn your back when guarding Kelsey as she can bury deep-range shots but she is all to the Fever’s offense at times. I believe she will be in 18=25 points and 3-6 assists range. She can be selected as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 Prediction scenario.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 26-36

Kayla McBride(MIN)
Points: 02
Rebounds: 01
Assists: 02
Steals: 01
Kayla is an incredible isolation player but she hasn’t been consistent which has hurt the Lynx’s chances. She is questionable for the game but if she plays, she can be in 11-17 points and 4-6 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 14-25

Victoria Vivians(IND)
Points: 11
Rebounds: 04
Assists: 03

Steals: 03

Vivians shot a mere 25% in the last game but she has mostly been a huge factor on the offensive end. I believe she will be in 14-21 points, 4-7 rebounds, and 3-6 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 24-36

Aerial Powers(MIN)
Points: 12
Rebounds: 03
Assists: 02
Forward Aerial is an incredible scorer but has found it tricky to find the back of the net this season. I believe she will be in 14-19 points and 5-8 rebounds range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 20-31

NaLyssa Smith(IND)
Points: 15
Rebounds: 09
Assists: 01

Forward NaLyssa is an incredible defender and rebounder while also figuring out the offense on the tough WNBA level. I believe she will be in 14-21 points, 6-10 rebounds, and 1-2 blocks/steals range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 22-32
Aerial Powers laughing IND vs MIN Dream11

Jessica Shepard(MIN)
Points: 05
Rebounds: 15
Assists: 01
Forward Jessica shot just 1/5 in the last game and she needs to do a much better job on the offensive end. I believe she will be in 8-14 points and 9-14 rebounds range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 16-26

IND vs MIN DREAM11 LINEUP BALANCERS

  • Emily Engstler(IND) had 6 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist in the last game. I don’t understand why Fever hasn’t started Emily yet as she provides elite rebounding and defense but yes, her offense is still raw. Overall, I think she has a firm case to start and I believe she will be in 7-10 points, 6-10 rebounds, and 1-2 blocks range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 15-25
  • Queen Egbo(IND) had 4 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist in the last game. Center Queen is a bit fidgety while finishing but she is a tough rebounder who can also provide a decent bit of offense. I believe she will be in 6-11 points and 6-9 rebounds range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 10-22
  • Rachel Banham(MIN) had 10 points, 2 assists in the last game. Guard Rachel is a sharpshooter but this season hasn’t been that kind to her so far. I believe she will be in 9-14 points and 3-5 assists range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 12-23
  • Danielle Robinson(IND) had 3 points, 2 assists, 1 steal in the last game. Danielle is not being efficient these days and her production is falling. I believe she will be in 6-10 points and 2-5 assists range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 9-22
  • Moriah Jefferson(MIN) had 5 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds, 1 steal in the last game. An injury has taken away Moriah’s initial scoring spark when she was wheeling and dealing. I believe she will be in 7-12 points and 5-7 assists range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 16-26
  • Destanni Henderson(IND) had 4 points, 2 assists, 1 rebound in the last game. Destanni is not afraid to shoot the ball from mid-range and I believe at this point, she deserves more minutes for her development. I believe the rookie will be in 4-8 points range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 10-22
  • Nikolina Milic(MIN) had 8 points, 1 assist, 1 rebound in the last game. Milic brings some scoring to the floor but her defense is not on point. I believe she will be in 5-8 points and 2-4 rebounds range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 6-16
  • Tiffany Mitchell(IND) had 7 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists in the last game. Guard Tiffany has seen fewer minutes this season but at this point, she can get some of her minutes back. I believe she will be in 4-9 points range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 10-16
  • Damiris Dantas(MIN) had 9 points, 1 rebound in the last game. Damiris shot just 3/11 in the last game. I believe she will be in 6-10 points and 4-6 rebounds range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 10-15
  • Bridget Carleton(MIN) had 3 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist in the last game. Bridget just can’t find her long-range shooting which affects her numbers. I believe she will be 3-6 points and 4-7 rebounds range.
    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 5-13
