Streaky Wings, Sparks need to be more connected

The Sparks have not gotten in a sustainable rhythm, they have won two of their last three games, but two of them have been against vulnerable teams. Against teams that are well-oiled units, they have often crumbled on both ends and one of the biggest shortcomings has been the lack of three-point shooting. However, getting Katie Lou-Samuelson has improved them a bit from long range. Chennedy Carter can be a big isolation scorer but the team is still reliant mostly upon Nneka Ogwumike.

The Wings have been amazing away from, nabbing four wins in five games. The problem is that the team is way too streaky and is yet to develop a cohesion on the offensive end. Defensively, they have shown promise but a lot of work is to be done for the squad to become consistent. Marina Mabrey has been in the middle of a breakout season but Arike Ogunbowale has been way too inefficient. Can the Wings be a more consistent unit and develop a more disciplined approach?
