LAS vs IND Dream11: I love the WNBA! There are a lot of wonderful athletes that put on a show on a regular basis and following the league is a fun activity. There are two-way players, middle high-post and low-post players, working alongside brilliant players who can nail the long-ball and hit tough pull-ups, fadeaways, and what-not. And to put on a show again, the Los Angeles Sparks will host the Indiana Fever.
The Fever has had another slow start to the season, losing seven out of their nine games. In their last game, they lost a close 90:95 game to the Sky despite a huge 25 points night by Guard Kelsey Mitchell. The Sparks lost five out of their eight games and in the last game, they broke a five-game losing streak after beating the Mercury 99:94 as Nneka Ogwumike dipped in 23 points. Can the Fever break their five-game losing streak or will the Sparks win their second in a row?
Host: Indiana Fever
Visitors: Los Angeles Sparks
Match Timing: 28 May, @ 04:30 AM (+05:30 UTC)
Venue: Gainbridge Fieldhouse
Fever’s lack of scoring options, Sparks lack three-point shooting
The Sparks usually deal most of their damage inside the three-point line, being heavily reliant upon Nneka Ogwumike, whereas Liz Cambage is also a big part of the offensive setup, and the team needs her to click. Sparks aren’t close to an elite three-point shooting so they just attempted 11 in the last game, making eight of them, with Samuelson nailing four. Jordin Canada and Lexie Brown will need to do more as the backcourt but the bench looks decent with Carter, Chiney, and Sykes.
The Sparks are overly reliant upon Kelsey Mitchell and when she has an off-night, it seems like the chances of a Fever win reduce significantly. Engstler has shown promise as a rebounder and inside finisher and same goes for Queen Egbo. Destani Henderson is raw as a rookie but she is an incredible talent. The problem is that the team is yet to figure out a winning rotation, on both ends, and not having NaLyssa Smith has also hurt their chances. Victoria Vivans has been scintillating, but overall, the Fever lacks the discipline to be a winning team on most nights.
Highest scorer: Kelsey Mitchell: 24
Highest rebounder: Emily Engstler: 12
Top assists maker: Jordin Canada: 7

Nneka Ogwumike(LAS)
Points: 23
Rebounds: 06
Assists: 01
Steals: 02
Ogwumike made nine of her 14 shots and she is an incredible isolation option who is well-adept at using pump-fakes and finishing in traffic. She can be in 18-24 points, 5-8 rebounds, and 1-3 steals range. She can be selected as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 26-35
Kelsey Mitchell (IND)
Points: 25
Rebounds: 02
Assists: 02
Steals: 02
Guard Mitchell made 9 of her 16 shots and she is an incredible shooter as well as a tough finisher to the ring. I believe she will be in 18+ points and 3-5 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 21-34
Liz Cambage(LAS)
Points: 21
Rebounds: 07
Assists: 02
Steals: 02
Blocks: 01
Liz is in great basketball shape this season and she has been finding her feet as a scorer, rebounder, and defender. I believe she will be in 18-24 points, 7-11 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 28-37
Emily Engstler (IND)
Points: 13
Rebounds: 11
Assists: 04
Blocks: 02
Emily is an elite rebounder who needs offensive polishing but can develop into a long-term double-double threat. I believe she will be in 9-14 points, 7-10 rebounds, and 1-2 blocks range. Her minutes can depend upon Nalyssa’s return.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 25-35
Jordin Canada(LAS)
Points: 07
Rebounds: 00
Assists: 06
Canada has been the ace playmaker but her scoring needs to see further uptick, especially as a shooter. The driver can be in 8-13 points and 5-9 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 14-24
NaLyssa Smith(IND)
Points: 18
Rebounds: 06
Assists: 03
NaLyssa can return in this game and when she has played, she has brought elite rebounder, defense, and improving offense. I expect a 11-15 points, 5-9 rebounds, and 1-2 blocks range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 20-34
