Bam Adebayo dunks over Robert Williams III BOS vs MIA Dream11

BOS vs MIA Dream11: The NBA has now seen one of the teams in the form of the Golden State Warriors enter the Finals and there is no doubt that this squad proved its worth, finishing the Western Conference bouts without a loss at home. Who will they meet? The winner of the series between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat in the Game Six of the Conference Finals, as the Celtics remain a win away from sealing the deal.

The Celtics have extracted a three-two advantage and after the last win with a scoreline of 93:80, the Celtics have established themselves as the elitist defensive team in the league. Jaylen Brown once again topped the scoring charts with 25 points, while the Heat saw its main players once again struggling to get going from the field. Will the elite Celtics defense once again keep the Heat at bay or will the Heat make it at least a Seven Game series?

Host: Boston Celtics
Visitors: Miami Heat

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

Butler is off now, the Celtics’ defense is cruising

Jimmy Butler was dipping in 30+ points on a regular basis but in the last three games, his highest score has been 13. It is clear that him being off from the floor can be a major reason why the Heat has been limited to 82 and 80 in the last two games. It is clear that the Heat lacks the needed depth without Jimmy playing a great “hero-ball” type of game. And talking about “hero-ball”, Tyler Herro hasn’t played during the losses but even when he has played, he hasn’t been a big factor.

The Celtics have not been a great offensive team themselves, constantly being off from the field. But they always find a quarter where in the series where they are able to shut down the Heat to as low as 14 points, which is due to their incredibly disciplined defense. They have built a seven-man lineup which consists of both great individual defenders and help defenders. The Celtics offense revolves largely around Brown and Tatum, but it is the defense which has gotten it done.

Lowry and Strus shot 0/15 from the field in the last game, Butler 4/18 and except Adebayo, who made 8 of his 15 shots, and Vincent making 6/12, Heat were unable to get something going. For the Celtics, Brown has been both efficient and high-yielding for most parts. Tatum is the biggest key part of the offense. Horford has done his job whereas Derrick White despite his glaring inconsistencies, made 6/8 in the last game.

Fantasy-related tips

Jimmy Butler’s stocks have declined significantly while Bam Adebayo has increased his production in two of the last three games as his stocks are rising.  The Heat has been facing troubles from the offensive end and there are multiple players that are out of rhythm, so perhaps relying on Heat players in the fantasy team can be tricky terrain.

For the Celtics, both Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have displayed their worth and have come through time and time again. Al Horford has emerged as a solid option in the Playoffs meanwhile Derrick White has raised his stocks with immense two-way production. Marcus Smart and Grant Williams have been struggling a bit while Robert Williams gives quality minutes.

Expected Fantasy Points Range: 16-25

Al Horford(BOS)
Points: 16

Expected Fantasy Points Range: 30-46
