PHO vs IND Dream11: Half of the WNBA season is done and soon we are going to head into the All-Star game. It has been another fun season and these women athletes have once again put their bodies under line to entertain the fans. In another battle of the WNBA, the Phoenix Mercury will take on the Indiana Fever.
Mercury have won eight of their 20 games and this start betrays their Finals appearance last season. Still, with 15 games to go, they can salvage something and can get it going. Meanwhile, the window for salvaging things is getting narrower for the Fever as they have only won five of their 20 games. These two clashed in the last game and Mercury prevailed 83:71 as Diana Taurasi unlocked 27 points. Can the Fever take revenge? #FreeBG

WNBA Projections, Stats & Analysis
Scope for a deep Playoffs run?
Can the Mercury still make a deep run after a horrid start? It is clear that their defense looks much better after inserting Sophie Cunningham in the starting lineup and she has done her job on the offensive end too. The backcourt of Taurasi and Diggins-Smith can score in bunches whereas Diamond DeShields has been electric off the bench. The team still has a chance to get something going and they have shown in the last two games that they can display improvements.
Fever’s inexperience is an issue
Kelsey Mitchell is left to do too much for the Fever and only she has been a consistent offensive player for them. NaLyssa has a lot of potential but she can be erratic. The same goes for Egbo whereas apart from the last game, Victoria Vivians was also struggling. Engstler lacks the polish to finish at the rim or shoot whereas Emma Cannon has given quality minutes. The bench needs to do more and so does Danielle Robinson as a starter.

High-Scoring Guard: SG: Victoria Vivians
Driving Guard: SG: Danielle Robinson
Primary Ball-Handler: SG: Kelsey Mitchell
BENCH: Alanna Smith, Emily Engstler, Destanni Henderson, Lexie Hull, Alaina Coates, Tiffany Mitchell.
Smith has a lot of potential and she did a great job in the last game being both a scoring and rebounding force. I expect a 11-16 points and 7-11 rebounds rnage here. She can be selected as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Prediction scenario.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 20-32
Skylar Diggins-Smith (PHO)
Guard Skylar started slow but finished hard in the last game making the usual tough shots. I believe she will be in 18-26 points, 4-6 rebounds, and 4-6 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 35-45
At this point, the offense is getting predictable with Kelsey having to do most of the lifting but she knows how to pierce through defenses. I expect her to be in 15-22 points and 3-5 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 20-31
Taurasi’s long-range jumper was just clicking from various areas and she made seven threes. I expect more of the same and believe she will be in 17-23 points range here.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 20-31
Vivians shot five/eight in the last game but her scoring has been not dependable lately. I believe she will be in 11-15 points, 3-5 rebounds, and 2-4 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 15-24
Diamond has been a huge factor off the bench who has brought great hustle and energy apart from scoring. I believe she will be in 10-16 points, 3-5 rebounds, and 1-2 steals/blocks range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 25-41
