John Collins Max Strus ATL vs MIA Dream11

ATL vs MIA Dream11: The NBA midseason window is here and frankly as per my latest observations, many teams have struggled to get going on the offensive end and after beginning with a high-scoring half, I have seen so many teams scoring lesser in the subsequent quarters. And you know why? Because exhaustion is now catching up and this means more adjustments, fresher coaching plans and so, the second halves for some teams have brought a dwindling in scoring. With many teams unable to get going, a lot of trades can be on the way too. Anyway, in this game, the Atlanta Hawks will meet the Miami Heat.

Atlanta Hawks have won the last two games but at a point, they lost 10 games in a row at home overall, they have won 19 and lost 26 games. The team is heavily dependent upon Trae Young but yes, it is still the defensive side of things that have hurt this outfit. Atlanta may make some moves if things continue like this.

The Miami Heat has built one of the deepest rosters in the league. You can see multiple bench players going for 15+ points nights every now and then. There have been a lot of injuries in the Heat camp like most of the teams but the team has multiple leaders on both ends. The Heat has almost twice more wins than losses and they are clicking.

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

Hawks: Where are they heading?
Trae Young is the ace of this team both scoring and playmaking-wise. It is clear that not only this season but when they made the Eastern Conference Finals last season, Young has been the bastion of much of the team’s wins. However, that in no way implies that a team can win with one player, but yes some players especially offensive threats like Young can have a profound impact on the game. Let us not forget that this team has John Collins, whose activity level and athleticism allow him to score 15+ on a regular basis, meanwhile, DeAndre Hunter, who keeps grappling with his injuries, also has kept the ante up scoring 20+ on a regular basis. On the other hand, Kevin Huerter has been doing a decent job while Danilo Gallinari has been pouring in the heat for 15+ points recently. But yes, the team has missed the physicality of Clint Capela, who also had a huge impact last season but overall, the Atlanta Hawks have been terrible on the defensive end even with Capela. What can the Hawks build from here after two wins in a row or will they make some trades?

Heat: Intensity and consistency
Miami has been one of the best teams in the league this season, it is not about record only, there is more to it. The team picked Kyle Lowry(Out here) in the offseason and Kyle took the reins as the playmaker and the gutsy perimeter defender when Adebayo and Butler were out due to injuries. On the other hand, with Herro(also an iso specialist), Robinson, Strus, Martin, and Tucker have helped stretch the floor with their perimeter shooting. Vincent and Dedmon have also given some quality minutes as well. Meanwhile, Omer Yurtseven who is not playing for a couple of games with Adebayo back, more so because of the defensive differences, compiled 15+ rebounds and aced 10+ points multiple times. This means that the team has found multiple players off the bench and even with now Herro and Lowry out, Butler and Adebayo can field an effective defensive effort if anything. The Heat has been one of the best teams this season because they are able to pick up the slack and their depth is incredible despite a shooter like Robinson not able to click during many junctures. Can the Heat sustain this rhythm with one of their primary scorers like Herro out? I think so.

NBA Scores, Fantasy Basketball Top Picks

Trae Young (ATL)
Points: 37
Rebounds: 05
Assists: 14
Steals: 01
Trae is a well-known sharpshooter in the league and is having another brilliant scoring and playmaking season for the struggling Hawks. The guard has taken over games during many instances and 25+ points and 10+ assists night is a usual occurrence.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 40-55
Trae Young ATL vs MIA Dream11

Jimmy Butler(MIA)
Points: 04
Rebounds: 03
Assists: 03
No, nowhere near the player’s usual production but he got ejected early in this last game so this doesn’t paint the correct picture about the all-around Butler. The wing has usually scored in the 16-23 points, grabbing 5-8 rebounds, and 3-8 assists per game on a regular basis.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 30-42

John Collins(ATL)
Points: 17
Rebounds: 12
Assists: 03
Blocks: 02
Steals: 02

Collins is one of the most athletic players in the league at the Forward position. John has been a constant scorer and rebounder for multiple seasons now and he has the potential to become even better. The big has figured in the 15-17 points and 7-12 rebounds range. Can he sustain that against a physical frontline of Heat composed of Tucker and Adebayo?
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 31-44

Bam Adebayo(MIA)
Points: 20

Rebounds: 11
Assists: 04
Steals: 05
Blocks: 03
Bam is back and he showed in the last game against Portland. The two-way Center has been a consistent producer for this fired-up Miami team. The big has usually scored in the 16-20 points, grabs 8-13 rebounds, and dishes 3-6 assists while registering 1+ block and steal on a regular basis.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 30-42

DeAndre Hunter(ATL)
Points: 22

Rebounds: 05
Assists: 01
Steals: 01
Hunter has been injured for most of the last few seasons and trust me, if not for injuries, he will be among the most talked-about scoring wings. And he has done his bit on the scoring end, ramping up 20 points or more in three of the last five games.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 27-36

PJ Tucker(MIA)
Points: 02
Rebounds: 03
Assists: 03
Steals: 02
Tucker has been a tremendous presence, especially on the defensive end. T The big forward has also raised his scoring level with the Heat. The Forward has usually scored in the 10-17 points, grabbing 3-7 rebounds, and 1-2 steals a game regularly.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 16-26

ATL vs MIA DREAM11 LINEUP BALANCERS

    • Kevin Huerter(ATL) had 12 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist in the last game. Kevin has been a consistent off-guard who has scored 12-15 points and dishes 3-6 assists a game regularly.
    • Caleb Martin(MIA) had 26 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists in the last game. Martin has scored 16 or more points in three of the last five games and grabs 4+ rebounds a game regularly.
    • Onyeka Okongwu(ATL) had 17 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 5 blocks, 1 steal in the last game. If Clint Capela plays here then I think a 6-9 points and 4-6 rebounds range is the expected one but yes, Onyeka has done well in the starting role, clinching 10+ points and 5+ rebounds while blocking 1+ shots.
    • Gabe Vicent(MIA) had 11 points, 7 assists, 2 rebounds, 3 steals, 1 block in the last game. Can the guard score 10+ points on a regular basis after doing so in the last two games?
    • Max Strus(MIA) had 15 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists in the last game. The active perimeter shooter has scored in the 10-15 points range regularly this season.
    • Danilo Gallinari(ATL) had 15 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist in the last game. Danilo has upped his game this month and in the last four games, he has scored 14-18 points range. He is questionable for the game, can he notch such numbers if he plays again>
    • Duncan Robinson(MIA) had 9 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block in the last game. The guard has not been consistent and a 8-11 range is more desirable but I feel a 15+ points game is coming soon.
