The NBA Summer League is in full swing and a lot of talent pool gathers to strive for the next step. Here, Chicago Bulls will play against the cross-conference team New Orleans Pelicans. More about CHI vs NOP Dream 11 will be given below.
The Summer League is a training ground for the rookies, sophomores, or young players while for others it is an avenue to find a roster spot. Interestingly, this game will feature A LOT of youth and will be full of rookies. The most experienced player among both teams is Jerome Robinson with 3 years of experience implying that this is a youth fest. The New Orleans Pelicans’ sophomore Kira Lewis Jr. will be the one in the spotlight as he was picked 13th in the 2020 NBA Draft. Meanwhile, for the Bulls, last season’s number 4 pick, Patrick Williams clinches the headline as he played regular minutes for the main team last season and played terrific defense. Chicago is also fielding former Wizards guard Jerome Robinson, who was picked 13 in the 2018 draft. A lot of athleticism and energy will be on display in this game. The Summer League is unpredictable and a lot of highly talented players can be rested for the whole game while in others, they can end up playing all game, which makes it difficult to guess the lineups.

1. Patrick Williams NBA 2020-21 Regular Season: PPG: 9.2 RPG: 4.6 Williams was compared to Kawhi last season although it was for his defense and not his offense. His offense is still in a sapling mode and he will need to learn new moves and be wise with the shot selection. After having a superb NBA season, he can appear as the standout performer here and this makes him a candidate as the Super-Player in the Dream11 Fantasy basketball scenario.
2. Kira Lewis Jr. NBA 2020-21 Regular Season: PPG: 6.4 Kira played decent minutes with Pelicans last season and that experience will give him an edge here. Lewis is a through and through shot-creator, he can penetrate using his dribbling abilities and he has a knack for finding open spaces through fluid movements.
3. Jerome Robinson NBA 2020-21 Regular Season: PPG: 4.9 Jerome is a Shooting Guard who likes to nail long-range jumpers. Although he is primarily a shooter, Robison has an in-between game too, and can be effective on offense in many ways. This is an audition for him to display that he still has potential.
4. Trey Murphy III NCAAB 2020-21: PPG: 11.3 RPG: 3.4 Murphy was picked 17th in the draft and he does have a lot of talent. He is a 3-and-D guy who moves well without the ball and the Pelicans will like him to play a prominent defensive role as the bench guy.
5. Omari Spellman NBA G League 2020-21: PPG: 7.9 RPG: 5.1 While Omari has played 95 games in the NBA before, he is yet to find a regular home in the League. He is an athletic Forward who can also shoot but will need to show more on defense.
6. Tyler Bey NBA 2020-21 Regular Season: PPG: 3.9 Bey is an SG/SF who was picked in the second round by Dallas last year. He didn’t play a ton of minutes but has the potential to acquire a roster spot.
BENCH: Ryan Daly, Jaylen Adams, Ayo Dosunmu, Ethan Thompson, Marko Simonovic, Sterling Manley, Troy Braxton Jr., Simi Shittu.
