GSW vs LAC DREAM11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Golden State Warriors will be aiming to get back to winning ways when they welcome the Los Angeles Clippers to Oracle Arena, in Oakland, on Monday morning (IST).

Golden State Warriors:

The reigning champions continued to blow hot and cold in their recent matches as they went down 108-103 against Utah Jazz at Vivint Smart Home Arena.

And it came in extraordinary circumstances as both Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry had good games, with each scoring in the 30s. Normally, Warriors win the game when this happens but not in this game. The Dubs didn’t have anything meaningful contribution from any other player, including Klay Thompson who could muster only 12 points in the match.

It was Warriors’ 2nd loss in the last four games with the last coming against their supposed-main-rivals Toronto Raptors. Steve Kerr’s men remained on third in the Western Conference table, two games away from leaders Denver Nuggets.

Dubs were a mere shadow of their usual best. Thompson shot just 3 of 12, and none from beyond the arc. The team as a whole lacked enthusiasm and the killer instincts which is a self-efficacy whenever Warriors play.
Expect Curry and company to do better in this game.

Los Angeles Clippers:

As for the Los Angeles Clippers, they snapped their four-game losing streak with a close 125-121 win over Dallas Mavericks. With the win, Clippers maintained their hold on fifth place.

Danilo Gallinari was the top-scorer as he scored 32 points while Tobias Harris ended up with 16 points in the match. In total, Clippers won the first two quarters and lost the other two. But the hosts’ aggressive start proved to be crucial as they never fell behind in the match after going into the break with an 11-point lead.

But it was Lou Williams who stole the limelight and was a game-changer for his team. The 32-year-old was making a return from the injury and still looked a class apart from most of the players. He scored 26 points from the bench.

Regular Season Record-
Golden State Warriors: W-21, L-11
Los Angeles Clippers: W-18, L-13

Players to watch out for:
Golden State Warriors:

Kevin Durant – A player for the big occasions. The former Oklahoma City Thunder star remains one of the influential players in Warriors’ roster. He scored 30 points in the last match, taking his season average to beyond 28 points per game.

Stephen Curry – It was one of those nights when stars lost their light. The two-time NBA MVP struggled in all aspects of the games against Raptors. But he will be back to his best, that’s a guarantee. The 30-year-old is tied at the top with Durant in terms of averaging points for Warriors this season.

Los Angeles Clippers:
Tobias Harris – A top-class talent in Los Angeles Clippers’ roster, Tobias Harris is a key for his team’s ambitions this season. The 26-year-old New York-born Small-Forward is scoring points at 21.8 per game and remains the only Clippers’ player to average in the 20s this season.
Danilo Gallinari – He can make a difference and is quite consistent in scoring. Only once he had failed to touch the double-digit mark this season, in the 118-125 loss to Washington Wizards where he could score just three points. The 30-year-old can be a shrewd addition to any team.
