LAL vs IND Dream11: NBA midseason is here and well, soon, we can see many moves getting pulled through the trade market. And well, talking about the trade market, there are a lot of teams that can address their lingering issues by engaging in some transactions. Whether it is a disgruntled player, unfeasible contract, or well, for various other reasons, teams are regularly traversing through options to bring some changes. The two teams here in Los Angeles Lakers and Indiana Pacers can also be engaged in some transactions.
The Los Angeles Lakers have a 50% win record which is not the expected performance from a LeBron-led team. The team has played some terrible defense and it seems like trading away Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Dennis Schroeder has hurt the inside defense big time. Will the Lakers pull some moves soon? Well, highly likely.
The Indiana Pacers have almost twice as much as losses as wins and when you have such a record during midseason and you are not a rebuilding team, well, these are not the most encouraging signs, are they? The team has now failed to make a mark for two straight seasons and they are unable to win away from home.

Lakers: What direction will the LeBron and co. take?
I have a doubt and I have kept saying it all season long, that LeBron James has ever played for a more uninspiring defensive team before. The Lakers did hold the Jazz to 95 in the last game but the Jazz looked tired in that game and this is nowhere near the norm for the Lakers. LA Lakers will need to put together high-quality defensive possessions now and if they don’t do it soon then there is no doubt that the management will pull off some big moves sooner than later. Offensively, LeBron has been scoring at a high clip, Monk has had a strong scoring season, Westbrook has played under more control but yes, needs to up his shooting percentage while Stanley Johnson, Austin Reaves, Talen Horton-Tucker, Avery Bradley, Dwight Howard fill out the rest of the scoring. However, I have seen Lakers struggle a bit on that end without Carmelo Anthony, who has scooped up 15+ regularly and has actually given some effort on the other end despite not being a stellar defender. Overall, the Lakers are far away from a contender for the title, but hey, there are still 38 games remaining for them(They really need 25+ wins or so from here to show that they have what it takes)
Pacers: Abysmal as it gets
Indiana has been unable to leave an impression this season and it keeps getting worse for them. Despite starting with a core of all-around guard Brogdon, iso-threat Caris LeVert, an all-around big Forward Domantas Sabonis, a high-quality shot-blocker Turner, wing Justin Holiday, young guard Duarte, the Pacers have had no steam at all this season. With Brogdon injured recently, the team has been unable to do much on either end of the floor and often find themselves find by big margins. The bench has been highly inconsistent and the Pacers have lost games after games, right now, on a four-game losing streak and having lost ten of their last eleven games. This means that it will not be a surprise if the management pulls the trigger and blow up this team.

LeBron James(LAL)
Points: 25
Rebounds: 07
Assists: 07
Blocks: 01
Steals: 01
LeBron is playing like he has another four-five high-quality seasons in him and at age 37, his fitness level and game sense still are of a high level. James has been scoring in the 25-35 points range, 7-11 rebounds, and 7-11 assists per game regularly. LBJ is the favorite for the Star-Player in the Dream11 NBA scene.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 52-66
Domantas Sabonis(IND)
Points: 19
Rebounds: 11
Assists: 07
Blocks: 02
Sabonis is one of the best all-around big Forwards in the league despite the Pacers struggling during this season. Domantas has been scoring 17-19 points, grabbing 8-15 rebounds, and dishing 5-8 assists per game regularly this season.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 40-50
Russell Westbrook(LAL)
Points: 15
Rebounds: 08
Assists: 03
Westbrook is not having a triple-double season anymore but hey, the Lakers will be just happy if he keeps the turnovers or shoots a high percentage, and to his credit, the guard has indeed cut down on the turnovers. Westbrook has been struggling on the scoring front so I don’t know what scoring range he will be figuring in but yes 6-8 rebounds and 6-8 assists range is expected.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 29-39
Caris LeVert(IND)
Points: 26
Rebounds: 09
Assists: 04
Steals: 01
Caris has been doing a great job as the isolation scorer and certainly has a lot of pep in his step. The high-quality scorer has poured in 26 or more in three of the last five games and has grabbed 5-9 rebounds and dishes 4-6 assists a game regularly.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 37-48
Malik Monk(LAL)
Points: 14
Rebounds: 07
Assists: 01
Steals: 01
Monk has been a great scorer off the bench for the Lakers and his scoring prowess has enabled the Lakers to at least figure around a 50% win mark. Malik has been scoring in the 14-17 range recently but he scored 20 or more continuously before and I think he is due a big game here.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 24-38
Chris Duarte(IND)
Points: 24
Rebounds: 07
Assists: 06
Steals: 03
As a rookie, Chris has had some wonderful scoring nights and has shown the potential to become a player one of his teammate known as Caris LeVert. Duarte has scored 11 or more in three of the last five games while his usual range has been 11-16 this season.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 25-37
