The NBA returns as the Summer League starts with fanfare in “Sin City” with some heated competitions. In this game, the Milwaukee Bucks will play against the Los Angeles Clippers. More about MIL vs LAC Dream 11 will be given below.
The Summer League is about probing for fits and most players are in the mix for a roster opening to prolong their professional basketball career in the most coveted basketball league. Many times, rookies, sophomores, or young players who are fresh from the NBA draft get a chance to be the highly utilized players of the team, and thus, there is a lot of youth on display. But there are also many NBA regulars who feature in the league, as while there are young players who strive to train through the League, there are some already heard names, who want to establish their footing in the league. It is also difficult to predict at times which players will play how many minutes as even the marquee players may end up being rested by the coach all game. Hence, Summer League is less about results and more about seeing which player can bring what to the game. Thus, it can be a nightmare to foretell what lineups, what minutes one would be playing, and hence, unlike Regular season, one is always unsure what combinations the coaches will pitch in next.
Match Timing: 10 August, @ 06:30 AM Venue: Cox Pavilion, Las Vegas

Jordan Nwora (last match stats) *Phoenix yet to play*
Amir Coffey (last match stats) *Phoenix yet to play*
Jordan Nwora PPG: 5.7 If Jordan was playing for a young player and less stable team then he would have been getting a ton of minutes. He plays for a team that won the championship last year mostly on the back of veterans, which means no court time for developing players. Jordan is an offensive maestro, he can ring it from deep, can complete tough drives to the rim, and has an in-between game too with floaters, runners, etc. He is a candidate as the Super-Player in the Dream11 Fantasy basketball scenario.
2. Amir Coffey NBA 2020-21 Regular Season stats: PPG: 3.2 Coffey is a two-way development player for the Clippers who can play either Guard or Forward. He can produce decent offense and can also play hard defense. Amir was a part of an outfit that already has a lot of depth at Forward and that is why he was a rare sighting. However, he has the tools to thrive in this kind of environment and that is why he can be chosen as a Pro-Player in the Dream 11 Fantasy scenario.
3. Theo Pinson NBA Regular Season 2020-21: PPG: 0.1 RPG: 0.3 Those stats may not look much but what can be expected if one only plays 2 minutes per game and that too irregularly! As a player, he plays off-guard and has a pristine shooting form making him a long-range shooter. He can also open up driving lanes through his shooting and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
4. Daniel Oturu NBA 2020-21 Regular Season: PPG: 1.6 RPG: 1.8 Oturu is a young Center who didn’t get much playing time with the Clippers. However, he is a versatile big, who can finish on low-post. hit threes, and also knock down mid-range jumpers. He can also play decent defense and has sound fundamentals on rebounding.
5. Mamadi Diakite NBA 2020-21 Regular Season: PPG: 3.1 RPG: 2.4 Mamadi didn’t play a whole lot for the Bucks but has a huge promise. He is amazing in the fast break scenarios and at Power Forward, he shows terrific athleticism and a knack for drawing fouls. He can be a significant contributor as a rebounder too.
6. Keon Johnson NCAAB 2020-21: PPG: 11.3 RPG: 3.5 Johnson was picked 21st in this year’s draft and showed a lot of promise during his lone year at Tennessee. He is a shifty guard, whose athleticism and change of direction allow him to finish at the rim and also create open spaces.
