The Trail Blazers have lost their way and at this point, coach Chauncey Billups is just looking at his team getting down by 30-40 on a regular basis. For the fans, this season has been a chaotic one. They traded away CJ McCollum and Norman Powell, the former being a long-time player for the Franchise. Damian Lillard hasn’t played in months, Nurkic is also injured. Then their soaring guard Anfernee Simons also got injured. Rising SF Nasir Little is injured. Eric Bledsoe is injured. Justise Winslow is injured. Joe Ingles is injured. Oh gosh, they are doing make-do with Williams, Eubanks, Elleby, Johnson, and Hart’s game has fallen off due to the lack of floor stretching options and shotcreators, this is total chaos.

For the Wizards, a winning streak is a mantra from here on. They have rather lost too many close games and have been unable to capitalize upon their easy to moderate schedule. Kuzma has done all in his power to keep the Play-in hopes alive but he lacks the support especially with Bradley Beal sidelined for the season. Porzingis has been rather too injured and Corey Kispert has been a bit off too. Rui Hachimura, Daniel Gafford, Deni Advija, Raul Neto, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope have all been decent in their roles but the team simply lacks the depth to make a decisive run and notch a Play-in spot. So, can the Wizards soon take control of things?
