Indian skipper Virat Kohli is an icon across the world. While the Indian team has returned home after registering remarkable results in South Africa, its neighbor Pakistan is currently hosting Pakistan Super League in UAE.
The third edition of PSL is in full swing, but one particular fan-request went viral on social media and left the Twitteratis engaged in a tug-off war for Kohli.
During a match of Pakistan Super League between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators, a fan held placard with a message which was met with hilarious tweets.
This is not the first incident where fans across the borders have shown their affection for Virat. Earlier, during a World XI toured Pakistan for the Independence Cup, a Pakistani policeman held a poster proposing the 29-year-old for marriage:
The organizers are having a hard time gathering crowd for the tournament, where all the action is unfolding on empty stands. Actors including Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan have also made appearances in the PSL, but have failed to woo the audience for PSL.
