The 24-year old Mumbai based pacer Tushar Deshpande has excelled across all formats in the last two years. After his mother demise, not only he has shown a remarkable mental strength when he went to play Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2019, and finished the tournament as the third-highest wicket-taker, despite being devastated due to the loss, but his natural pace is inevitable and has troubled the batsman more often than not.

Deshpande gives all the credit of his career accomplishments to his parents who were so supportive all throughout. His mother always wanted him to represent his country and when she died after battling through the cancer Tushar’s father motivated him to go and play for his country.
Even though he has not debuted for the national side of Indian Cricket team, Tushar has been serving a good time in domestic cricket. He even has been bought by Delhi Capitals for the upcoming 2020 Indian Premier League.
His idolized the legendary South African pacer Dale Steyn, and during the time when he was struggling through his ankle injury, he used to keep watching Steyn bowling which really inspired and motivated him.
