Unmukt Chand’s story has been something everyone would want to know. Hailing from New Delhi, India, the right handed batter was born on 26th March 1993.
He came into the limelight after scoring truckloads of runs for his domestic U-19 teams and then continued his form for the state in the Ranji Trophy. The Delhiite then was selected in the Indian U-19 team and was subsequently made skipper of the team as well. He played some blistering knocks for his team in the quadrangular series in 2012 involving Australia England and New Zealand and ended as the second highest run scorer in the series with 281 runs from 5 matches.
Later in 2012, Unmukt Chand led India to the U-19 World Cup victory. The Men in Blue defeated Australia in the final. The Delhi batter led from front and scored unbeaten 111 runs. After that he continued his form in the domestic circuit but failed to make impact in the IPL. He retired as an Indian cricketer on 13th August 2021 and has now shifted to USA and will be eligible to play for the country for in 2024.

Unmukt Chand tied knot to his longtime girlfriend Simran Khosla on November 21. Cricketer’s wife is fitness and sports Nutritionist and CEO & Founder of Butt Like An Apricot (BLAP). She completed her studies from New Delhi.

The former Indian cricketer Unmukt Chand got married to his longtime girlfriend Simran Khosla. The duo got married at New Delhi and broke the news to their fans by sharing pictures on the social media.
The talented young Indian batter Unmukt Chand moved to USA and stated that he will continue playing cricket for the country. He, however will eligible to play for USA in 2024 as he has to spend 10 months in every year in US for the next three years, which would qualify him for playing the nation.
Earlier this year he created history as he became the first men Indian batter to be the part of the Big Bash League. The right handed batter will play for Melbourne Renegades in upcoming season.
Unmukt Chand represented Delhi in domestic cricket. He played 67 First-Class matches and scored 3379 runs in those matches to go with 8 hundreds and 16 half-centuries. In 120 List A matches, the right-handed batter had amassed 4505 runs to go with 7 hundred and 32 half-centuries. He’s also the owner of 1565 T20 runs to go with three centuries and 5 fifties.
Unmukt Chand made his IPL debut in 2013 for Delhi Daredevils but had a forgettable debut as he was bowled on the very first delivery in his IPL career. He then was part of Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2014. The right-handed batter won the tournament with Mumbai Indians in 2015.
