MS Dhoni Controversy
Yograj Singh is always in the news with his comments on former Indian captain MS Dhoni. He once said that Dhoni was responsible for non-selection of Yuvraj Singh in the 2015 ODI world cup. He added that Dhoni was way too arrogant in terms of leading the national team. He recently said in a statement that Yuvraj Singh was more talented than MS Dhoni and should have been made captain before him.
Yograj Singh has blamed Kapil Dev frequently for cutting short his international career.
Yograj Singh faced an arrest in August 2014 by Punjab police. This was in regards with an alleged altercation in Panchkula over car parking. He was later released on the bail.
Talking about his father, Yuvraj Singh once said that his father is like a dragon to him. He always stopped Yuvraj from playing any other sports than Cricket. But luckily for both, Yuvraj Singh later started enjoying cricket and made a career out of the same.
