IND vs AUS 1st T20I: Top 3 fantasy cricket picks for India vs Australia Dream11 Team

By Chaitanya Laxman

After a long overseas tour, Team India is back at home and all geared up for white ball cricket. With the World Cup approaching, all eyes on are on individual performances and team combinations and Australia will be thinking about the same.

However both teams at the same time will be eager to kickstart this series with a win and hence the Ind vs Aus 1st T20I is highly important for both teams. And in this high-voltage drama, these three players will be the key for their respective teams.

#3. Glenn Maxwell-

This player knows the format, the conditions and the pitches very well. Glenn Maxwell has played plenty of IPL games so he is well aware of the challenges presented by Indian pitches and his batting style is tailor-made for this format.

Australia’s prospects are heavily dependent on how Maxwell negates the threat of Indian spinners and given his stunning form in the recent Big Bash League, Maxwell will most probably go for the kill.

#2. Rohit Sharma-

India’s leading run scorer in the T20 format, Rohit Sharma will be once again expected to score big runs in this T20I series.

Rohit will like taking on the Aussie pacers on the Indian wickets as these surfaces will help the ball come nicely on his bat and hence he can be a danger man for the visitors.

Rohit’s incredible six hitting ability makes him even more dangerous and he can end up making a big score if he sees off the new ball.

#1. Jasprit Bumrah-

This is one player India missed a lot in the recent games against New Zealand and Australia. The new ball is not a big worry for India, but the death overs are a cause of concern and the only answer at the moment is Bumrah.

The right-arm pacer will play a big role in the death overs as Australia have plenty of big hitters in the middle order and he can be equally devastating in the Power play as well.
