While they were bundled out for 96 against Australia, England Women gave a mere target of 107 to India in their last encounter. Moreover, Danielle Wyatt has scored a century in the series. For Sri Lanka, Sashikala Siriwardene was the hero in the second T20. Her magical spell (3.4 – 9 – 4) restricted Pakistan women to just 72 runs. No Pakistani batter could cross the mark of 20 runs. Sugandika Kumari also took 2 wickets.
In batting, Anushka Sanjeewani, skipper C Athapaththu are expected to play a significant role. Anushka scored 61 in the last game before getting run out.
Pakistan women will mainly rely upon skipper Bismah Maroof, Javeria Khan and Nida Dar for putting runs on the scoreboard. Diana Baig, Nashra Sandh, and Nida Dar will be the key bowlers. They have consistently provided breakthroughs.
