He keeps coming hard at people who write him off in all possible scenarios even at the age of 41. He made his international debut in 1999 which means, universe BOSS is playing rigorous cricket across formats for the last 22 years.

He is being hailed as the Don Bradman of T20 cricket because of the sheer number of records he holds in this format. When Chris Gayle picks some players in his T20 team, those players surely have to be special, right?

Rohit Sharma finds his name in Chris Gayle’s team

Chris Gayle was asked to pick 3 players whom he would play in his T20 XI and the former West Indies captain chose his country mates in Nicholas Pooran and Andre Russell as the first two names.

The third name was the Indian vice captain in the limited overs format in Rohit Sharma. One can only imagine the scenes if Rohit Sharma and Chris Gayle open an innings in the shortest format of the game.

Chris Gayle had a very good second half of IPL in 2020 and he is expected to find his name right away in the playing 11 which was not the case in the previous edition of IPL where he was overlooked for Glenn Maxwell by Punjab Kings management but they realized their mistake and played Chris Gayle in the 2nd half of the tournament which was one of the main reasons for their turnaround.
