The duo of KS Bharat and Glenn Maxwell then joined hands together and stitched an unbeaten 111 runs partnership and saw their team home. During the last over everyone had their fingers in the mouth as just 15 runs were needed in the last over and it almost seemed that Avesh Khan will win the match for his team.

However with 6 runs needed on the last ball, the pacer bowled and wide delivery and with the equation reading 5 runs in 1 ball, Avesh Khan delivered a full toss ball, to which KS Bharat got under and swung it blindly and despite having a lot of elevation the ball had enough legs to go over long-on.

This will give us a lot of confidence.” he said.
