After having missed the opening game of the ODI series due to a groin strain, there has been a lot of suspense over Virat Kohli’s availability for the remaining two matches in this ongoing England tour. India cancelled their team practice session on Wednesday in order to players proper rest and recovery time. However, the recent reports suggest that Virat is still not completely fit and is still recovering from his groin injury. The 33-year-old cricketer is very much likely to miss the second ODI against England starting on Thursday.
Incidentally, Virat Kohli was present at the Kennington Oval in London along with the rest of the teammates for the first ODI against England but was not seen doing any kind warm-up like the other players. It is also very much likely that the former Indian captain might miss both the remaining ODI matches against England.
