ENG Playing 11: With series on the stake, England will be facing New Zealand in the 2nd Test here at Edgbaston. The hosts started slowly in the first Test and were on the backfoot for most of the match. But a resolute display from their batters in the 2nd innings would give them confidence going into this match. Both teams have played 106 Tests in which England have won 48 while 11 matches have gone NZ’s way. Both teams have fairly even teams at the disposal and it is expected to be a fascinating contest.

Ollie Robinson’s suspension means there will be atleast one change in the England eleven from the last match. With the hosts struggling with the over rate, they are likely to bring in left-arm spinner Jack Leach to add more balance to their bowling lineup.
