Umran Malik Fastest Ball in IPL 2022: While playing for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) season, right-arm speedster Umran Malik has impressed all of the experts and many of the former cricketers with his rocket bowling speed. Everybody were quite surprised when the Sunrisers Hyderabad decided to retain the Jammu & Kashmir fast bowler at a price worth INR 4 Crore ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction. However, Umran has already set the internet on fire hitting some serious pace.

Sunrisers Hyderabad’s Umran Malik has bowled the fastest ball of the IPL 2022 season as he hit a rocket bowling speed of 154 kmph in the today IPL match against Chennai Super Kings. Incidentally, CSK opening batsman Ruturaj Gaikwad smashed a boundary straight down the ground off the fastest delivery currently in the tournament. Umran has surpassed Gujarat Titans’ Lockie Ferguson’s bowling speed of 153.9 to steam into the record books.

In the same innings, Umran Malik once again bowled a brilliant yorker to CSK captain MS Dhoni at an astonishing bowling speed of 154 kmph.

SRH vs CSK Live Score

After winning the toss and being put in to bat first, the Chennai Super Kings have done a remarkable job as the duo of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway provided a staggering foundation at the top. The CSK opening pair added an outstanding opening partnership of 182 runs and blasted the SRH bowlers all over the park. Gaikwad missed his century but contributed with an excellent knock of 99 runs just 57 deliveries while Conway scored a brilliant 85 not out to help Chennai Super Kings finish with 202 runs on the scoreboard.
