The Pakistan cricket team over the years have been known for producing quality fast bowlers and not to surprise they are still called the factory for producing fast bowlers. However, they are no mug with the bat as well, as some greats have enlightened their batting lineups including Saeed Anwar.
The left-handed batsman carried his team’s batting line-up during the mid-90s and scored an ample amount of runs during his time. In his career spanning 13 years, he scored 12876 runs in 302 matches he played to go with 31 hundred and 68 half-centuries.

His personal life too has been a cheerful one as in 1996 he married his cousin sister Lubna, who was a doctor by profession. However, just after five years of their marriage, a tragic incident took place as their 3-year old daughter passed away due to prolonged illness.
