IND vs SA: Shikhar Dhawan to lead India

India won’t have the services of their captain Rohit Sharma. In the absence of him, Shikhar Dhawan will lead the side just like he lead the side successfully in West Indies. It has become a norm for India as far as ODIs are concerned. They are extremely focused on workload management and didn’t want to stress their multi format players by playing them less priority games.

Sanju Samson is being considered as the backup batsman in the middle order for India in 50 overs format, as it is visible from the way they have chosen Sanju Samson consistently in this format of the game.
