The Indian Premier league 2022 will take place from March 26 to May 29 and certainly will be the biggest edition of the tournament’s history. Here is the latest update about a key T20 player pulling out of the tournament due to bubble fatigue.
In a latest news development, the Australian limited overs captain Aaron Finch has been added to the Kolkata Knight Riders squad as a replacement of Alex Hales. The top order batsman from England has cited bubble fatigue and mental well being reasons for opting to pull out of the tournament. Here is the official update by KKR on Twitter.
KKR CEO Venky Mysore spoke on the addition of Aaron Finch for IPL 2022.
“We respect Alex Hales’ decision of choosing family and mental well-being over his participation in the upcoming season of the IPL. We will miss having him in the Galaxy of Knights this season, but we wish him all the best.”

The top order batsman Alex Hales also pulled out of PSL 2022 midway citing bubble fatigue. But returned to play for Islamabad United, when the team reached the playoffs. The KKR team have availed the services of the Australian captain Aaron Finch for his base price of 1.5 Crores, and can prove to be vital due to his experience in T20s. This will be the 9th franchise for Finch in the Indian Premier League history.

After the addition of Aaron Finch in the 11, the batting department looks solid, and is packed with fine experience in the T20 format.

The opening combination can be Venkatesh Iyer and Aaron Finch. While the next to follow them will be Nitish Rana and Shreyas Iyer, who have been in sublime form in the domestic and international circuit respectively. While Andre Russell and Sunil Narine will provide explosive partnerships in the middle order.
