Liam Livingstone 108 Metre SIX IPL 2022: The Punjab Kings (PBKS) are currently facing off against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 11th encounter of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Both these teams are coming into this match after losing their last matches this IPL 2022 season. The Chennai Super Kings have suffered two consecutive losses while Punjab Kings have witnessed one really good victory and a poor defeat so far this year.

England’s hard-hitting batsman Liam Livingstone has finally arrived in a remarkable fashion at the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League. After two failures at the start of the tournament, the right-hander has looked in an explosive form during the ongoing game against Chennai Super Kings. Livingstone smashed a stupendous 108 metre six off a delivery from left-arm pacer Mukesh Choudhary.
While playing in his 12th IPL match, Liam Livingstone has notched up his maiden half-century off just 27 balls. He played a wonderful knock of 60 runs off only 32 deliveries that consisted of 5 sixes and as many fours while coming onto the crease after Punjab Kings had lost two early wickets.

While talking about the biggest sixes in the history of the Indian Premier League, Albie Morkel holds the record for hitting the longest six with a 125 metre strike in 2008. Incidentally, it is Praveen Kumar who smacked a mindboggling 124-Metre SIX during the IPL 2011 season.

After losing the toss and being put in to bat first, the Punjab Kings did not had the best of starts as they lost the wicket of their skipper Mayank Agarwal in just the first over of the match. Bhanuka Rajapaksa also got out cheaply but the Liam Livingstone took complete control and started to take on the Chennai Super Kings bowlers. He smashed a total of 26 runs in a single over off Mukesh Choudhary.

However, Punjab Kings find themselves in a tricky position at 131 for 4 after the end of 13 overs. The duo of Livingstone and Shikhar Dhawan have given PBKS a strong momentum at the top with some quick runs but they now have two new batsmen at the crease in Jitesh Sharma and Shahrukh Khan.
