LSG vs RCB IPL 2022: In a massive breaking news, the toss has been delayed for the important Eliminator of Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) playoffs between the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. This is a really crucial match for both these teams as the losing side will be officially eliminated from the ongoing tournament. On the other hand, the winner of the Eliminator will be facing the Rajasthan Royals in the Qualifier 2 on 27 May, 2022 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

According to the latest playing conditions introduced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the IPL 2022 Playoffs, in case of a rain delay, a 20-over contest can start even by 9:40 PM IST. There can be a 5-overs per side match which needs to start latest by 11:56 PM IST while the Super Over can start by 12:50 AM IST. However, if there is no play possible during the stipulated time, then the outcome of the match will be decided in accordance with the team standings during the league stage of IPL 2022.

The big update is that it is currently raining at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata which has delayed the toss for the Lucknow Super Giants vs Royal Challengers Bangalore today IPL match. However, the current news is that it has stopped drizzling and the covers are expected to come off soon. Also, the drainage system at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata is absolutely world class and the match will begin as soon as it stops raining. The toss will take place at 7:55 PM IST while the LSG vs RCB Eliminator will be starting at 8:10 PM IST.  It is also confirmed that it will be complete 20-over match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Lucknow Super Giants vs Royal Challengers Bangalore Toss Update: Confirmed LSG Playing 11, RCB Playing 11

The Lucknow Super Giants have won the toss and opted to bowl first in this crucial knockout match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. The duo of Krunal Pandya and Dushmantha Chameera are back in the LSG playing 11 while Jason Holder and Krishnappa Gowtham have been left out.
