The Rohit Sharma-led side let themselves down in the bowling yet against when they face Rajasthan Royals. Although they displayed a decent batting performance with the bat, they failed to close the game on high. With the returning of Suryakumar Yadav back to the team it will be a massive boost for them as it will only strengthen their batting line-up.

Suryakumar was expected to return in the last game but skipper Rohit Sharma surprised many when he went with an unchanged XI. The right-hander suffered an injury during the West Indies series. He underwent rehab at NCA and joined the Mumbai’s squad a bit late than other players.

Heading into the game against Kolkata Knight Riders, the Rohit Sharma-led side will have all the players available except Jofra Archer, who will miss the entire season.
