MI vs CSK: WHOA! Trent Boult Takes an UNBELIEVABLE Catch to dismiss MS Dhoni – WATCH


The second phase of the IPL 2021 has begin with the high octane clash between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings at Dubai cricket stadium. MS Dhoni won the toss and opted to bat against defending the championship. However, the decision to bat first didn’t go well as MI’s bowlers dominated the proceedings to put three-time champions under tremendous pressure. So far in the points table, CSK is on the second spot while Rohit Sharma-led franchise is in the fourth place.

Trent Boult grabs a stunner to send MS Dhoni packing

Trent Boult and Adam Milne have taken Mumbai Indians off the flyer in the first match of the second phase of IPL 2021 at UAE against CSK. After losing three wickets for just 7 runs, it seemed that MS Dhoni along with Ruturaj Gaikwad would steady the innings but it was not the case as Milne and Boult yet again combined to send CSK’s skipper back in the dressing room for 3 runs.

Dhoni on the bowling of Adam Milne took his shot, which was well-timed but only managed to find Trent Boult at deep square leg, who took a stunner by judging a reverse cup before his back hit the floor.

MI vs CSK: Ruturaj, Jadeja steady innings for CSK

Chennai Super Kings were in all sorts of trouble after they lost 4 wickets in the powerplay. However, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ravindra Jadeja joined hands together to bail their team out of trouble. The duo stitched a 50-plus partnership and took charge to the MI’s bowlers.While the right-handed batsman passed his half-century, Jadeja passed 25-run mark. With the rate they are scoring it seems that CSK can put a respectable total for defending champions to chase.
