The form of Rohit Sharma this year has been good, but his starts have not been converted to a good score. In the test series against Australia, he initially stabilized the team but gave his wicket easily. The same trend has been continued until the IPL as well.

The captain Rohit Sharma, stitched a food partnership with Suryakumar Yadav to set a stable platform for the team. His shots were free-flowing, and he was looking fine to make it big in this game. His one-handed six-off Ravichandran Ashwin was the highlight of his innings.

But, he soon perished to the leg-spinner, Amit Mishra. The batting order then tumbled and the team could post only 137 on the board and lost the match.

IPL 2021: Delhi Capitals continue their good form
