CSK Star Suresh Raina reveals his Bollywood crush

Arguably one of the best players of the T20 format, Suresh Raina, has revealed his crush on Sonali Bendre when he was young. The stylish southpaw has recently appeared in a show named ‘Zing Game On”, where he revealed quite a few interesting aspects of his life and cricket career.

Raina suffered a knee injury during the business-end of IPL 2019. After successful knee surgery in August last year, the 33-year-old southpaw has recently expressed his hopes to have a good run in IPL 2020 in order to return to the Indian cricket team for the T20 World Cup slated to be held in Australia later this year.

During the show, the host gave Suresh Raina a pleasant surprise when Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre sent him a special message. In reply, Suresh Raina revealed his crush for her during his younger days.

“My daughter is my biggest support. Her arrival has changed all our lives. The little moments that I share with her are the most precious. Since day one, she has been by my side. She is my travel buddy and also my favourite gym buddy. She accompanies me and wife on our workouts, cycles with us, and even shops for her food,” Raina said.

Further, Suresh Raina explained his relationship with his cute daughter, who is also his favourite gym partner. The flamboyant batsman also delighted the fans with a song during the progress of the show and showed his talent for playing the Saxophone.

Well, it would be interesting to see how Suresh Raina performs for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2020. As India is still struggling to have a perfect finisher, the presence of Suresh Raina will do a world of good if he can find his form by scoring runs thick and fast for CSK.
