During the Indian Premier League 2022 mega auction, Punjab’s batting all-rounder Ramandeep Singh was picked by the Mumbai Indians at his base price of INR 20 Lakh. Ramandeep was born on 13 April, 1997 in Chandigarh and has played all of his domestic cricket for the Punjab state cricket team so far. He has not played a lot of domestic cricket so far since making his T20 debut for Punjab in January 2017 against Haryana.

While playing in a total of 13 T20 matches so far, Ramandeep Singh has scored as many as 98 runs at a fine strike-rate of 136.11.
