Ramandeep Singh is an Indian batting all-rounder who plays for Punjab in domestic cricket. Born on 13 April 1997, he made his T20 debut against Haryana in the Inter-State T20 Tournament 2016-17. After a grind of a few years, the Chandigarh-born then marked his entry into List A cricket in a match against Vidarbha in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2019-20, and in the same edition, he forayed into the First Class cricket through Ranji Trophy.

Ramandeep rose through ranks with the Mohali U-16 team, when he scored two centuries in the Punjab Inter-District Championship in 2012. Four years later, he hammered a ton and two fifties in the Punjab U-19 Inter-District Championships, which was followed by a gargantuan inning of 193 against Jalandhar in the Katoch Shield in 2017. Ramandeep then shot to fame during the BCCI U23 One Day League, where he scored over 300 runs with a hundred and 2 fifties for Punjab and helped them win the title.

Ramandeep was dismissed for a duck in his First Class debut. However, the Chandigarh-born top-scored with a quick 69* in the second innings, which although came in a losing cause, yet, showcased his ability to take on the opposition with a fearless approach.
