Who will win T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia?

The countdown for the T20 World Cup 2022 has begun. The marquee tournament is just a few days away from now and will take place in Australia from 16th October to 13th November. All the teams have announced their squad and are leaving no stone unturned in their preparation for the event and soon will be reaching down under for the event.

Who will win the T20 World Cup?

The eighth edition of the T20 World Cup 2022 will see 16 teams clashing with each other for the trophy. The tournament will be played in two stages. First, the qualifier round will take place and 4 teams from this stage will advance to the next round, which will be a super 12 stage.

Indian Cricket Team wins our vote to lift the trophy on the 13 November at MCG. Australia, England, India and Pakistan are among other favourites to win the tournament.

One of the main reasons behind India having a high chance to win the cup is their solid and in form batting order. With the conditions being pacy and bouncy, it’ll be in favour of the Indian batters as they love the pace on the ball and are good players of the short balls. The conditions also are likely to favour their bowling department.

The Men in Blue have a staggering record in Australia, which is another reason why they can win the T20 World Cup 2022. They so far have played 12 T20Is down under, out of which they have won 7 games and have lost only 4 with 1 game ending in no result.

The big stadiums in Australia could well be the thing that Indian pacers like Harshal Patel and Arshdeep Singh, who are death specialists, can use. With things going in their favour and the kind of team they have, the Rohit Sharma-led side has a high chance to win the title. All they have to do is to step up and play to their potential in pressure situations.
