This is the 8th century for Rohit, and has also become the leading run-scorer for the Indian team in this series. After stitching a fine partnership with KL Rahul that provided the foundation, he has been perfect with his run-scoring ability along with Cheteshwar Pujara. The confidence to play the pull shot for the opener is back, which will also bring confidence to the next batters.

Also, Cheteshwar Pujara has played positive cricket and scored runs in a steady manner and is looking all set to convert it into a big one.

Can England bowlers make a fightback in 3rd Session?

The England bowlers, Anderson, Woakes, Robinson, and Moeen Ali have looked out of favour on Day 3. In the 1st session, they were impressive to contain runs and maintain the pressure but have been overshadowed by the brilliance of Rohit Sharma and Chesteshwar Pujara.
