Ishant Sharma however, in the upcoming five-Test series against England can take over Zaheer Khan’s tally of 311 wickets to become the Indian pacer with most Test wickets. The right-arm pacer so far has scalped 306 wickets at an average of 32.19 to go with 11 five-wicket hauls.

The lanky pacer is the highest wicket-taker for India in England with 43 wickets to his name and was also the highest wicket-taker for India against England in the 2018 test series taking 18 wickets in 5 matches.
