Windies thrashed the hosts Bangladesh by eight wickets at Sylhet to gain a 1-0 lead in the three matches T20I series. They would be looking to lock up the series with another win when both the teams reload at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. After the first game was played in Sylhet, the remaining two encounters will be played in Dhaka with the final scheduled on Saturday.
In the first T20I, Windies registered an emphatic eight wickets win while chasing down 130 runs target set by Bangladesh. Hosts opted to bat first after winning the toss and were 31-3 in just 3.3 overs. Eight of Bangladesh batsmen failed to score in double digits. Skipper Shakib Al Hasan (61 of 43), Mahmudullah (12 of 19) and Ariful Haque (17 of 18) were the only batters who played more than ten deliveries. Sheldon Cottrell (4-28) was the pick of the bowler for the visitors. Coming to chase, Windies easily chased down the target in 10.5 overs, courtesy Shai Hope (55 of 23), Nicholas Pooran (23 of 17) and Keemo Paul (28 of 14).
This is a must-win game for Bangladesh while Windies would be desperate to clinch a win and seal the series. Both the previous series (Test series by 2-0 and ODI by 2-1) have been won by the hosts and Windies are in a perfect situation to win the T20I series and take something back home from the month-long tour.
Meanwhile, let’s take a look at the team news and Dream11 teams which might bring in rewards in Grand League contests.

This BAN vs WI Dream11 prediction is high-risk but you may reap rewards if some assumptions come off. We advise you not to use these teams in small league contests.
The second T20I at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka is expected to be a high scoring affair as the wicket here is much friendly for batting. The last T20I was played in February between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and both the sides managed to cross 190 runs marks.
So, picking more batters and choosing them as captain and vice-captain can be a right bet.
Mahmudullah and M Rahim are the leading run scorers at this venue and are key players for Bangladesh. For the visitors, Rovman Powell, Evin Lewis and Oshane Thomas are the players who can change the course of the game with their performance.
