Thailand will look to open their account when they will face off the hosts Malaysia for the second time in the tri-series. With two defeats in as many encounters, Thailand is sitting at the bottom spot and is still searching for the first win of the series.
Malaysia, on the opposite, is comfortably sitting at the top with two wins in two games. They started their campaign with 5 wickets win over Thailand followed by 73 runs win against the Maldives. They will be looking for the hat-trick of wins when both the teams will meet at Kuala Lumpur on Thursday morning.
The match will begin at 07:30 AM IST.

Put into bat first, Thailand posted 113-8 in 20 overs with the help of Henro Jordaan’s 33 of 20 and Naveed Pathan’s 37 of 28. Muhammad Syahadat bagged 3-7 in his 4 overs and was the key bowler for Malaysia.
In reply, Malaysia chased down the target in 17 overs with 5 wickets in hand, courtesy Muhammad Syahadat’s 41* of 32 deliveries.
Two of the three games played here have been low scoring with the total ranging from 110-130. A similar outing is expected when both the teams will meet on Thursday. Spinners have bagged the most wickets here and expected to play a key role in the bowling attack.
Almost 80% of wickets in the three games so far have been bagged by the spinners.
