Sylhet, once again, is set to host the third clash of the women’s T20 Asia Cup 2022 on Sunday (October 2). Pakistan women will face Malaysia women to kickstart their Asia Cup campaign.
Pakistan are coming after the Commonwealth Games crusade in Birmingham, where the side didn’t win a game. After being off the field for more than a month, Pakistan women will be in action against Malaysia at 8:30 AM (IST), at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, in Bangladesh.
On the other hand, Malaysia booked their place in the tournament through the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Women’s T20 Championship, the qualifying event for the tournament. The team will be keen for a breakthrough via the tournament.
