PBKS Playing 11: Punjab Kings managed to hold their nerves against Chennai Super Kings and avoided a slump in the last game. With a prolific 11 runs victory on their back, the Kings will now move to the Maharashtra Cricket Academy Stadium in Pune to collide against Lucknow Super Giants on April 29.
This has been a hit & miss sort of season for Punjab Kings so far, and they should look to get some consistency behind them before things get really tough for them. A win against CSK must have given Punjab Kings some sort of momentum which they would like to take into this game.
This would be the first meeting between Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants in IPL.

Jonny Bairstow needs to get some run under his belt. Punjab’s English recruit Jonny Bairstow is yet to leave a mark this season. He has failed to get decent starts and is struggling to get runs. The team management has been backing him and he should look to repay the faith the team has on the dashing right hander.
