The England team has been terrific over the past 3 years in the limited-overs cricket. The biggest example of their success is the win in the 2019 World Cup, which was their first-ever ICC title trophy. The team has used the aggressive approach to have an edge over the opposition, which has worked for them. The England players have been exposed to top leagues all around the world. The leagues like IPL and BBL have been a boon to them, while domestic competitions like T20 Blast and The Hundred have been a good experience for them as well.
The England Cricket Board has announced the 15-man England squad for the T20 World Cup 2021 scheduled to be played in UAE and Oman. The official twitter account of England Cricket posted an update regarding the same,

The left-arm fast bowler Tymal Mills has returned to the international squad after a long hiatus of more than 4 years. He picked up 14 wickets in 8 matches in Vitality Blast 2021, and was impressive with 8 wickets in the Hundred. He comes in place of Jofra Archer, who is out of the international cricket for the rest of the year, and Chris Woakes has been drafted in the absence of Ben Stokes.
The Lancashire batter has been phenomenal for the past 1 year in the T20 cricket and The Hundred. The batter is a consistent contributor in the domestic cricket and has maintained his place after a good series against India earlier this year. In July 2021, he smashed a 42-ball century in a T20I against Pakistan, which was the fastest ever the England batsman. He was the leading run-scorer in the Hundred as well with 348 runs.
