MIN vs PHX Dream11: The NBA Regular Season has once again brought to us intense tussles and the opening few days have been scintillating. There are some teams that have announced their arrival as big-time squads after they were expected to be slow, while some others that were expected to do well have crumbled in key match-ups. This goes for the Minnesota Timberwolves which will take on the Phoenix Suns here.
The Timberwolves come into this game after a disappointing 107:120 loss against the New York Knicks despite a 25 points outing by Karl Anthony-Towns. They have lost six of their eleven gamess now.
On the other hand, the Phoenix Suns march into this game after losing 88:100 to the Philadelphia 76ers despite a 28 points outburst by Devin Booker. Despite the loss, they have a strong start with seven wins and three losses.
Host: Minnesota Timberwolves Visitors: Phoenix Suns Match Timing: 10 November, @ 06:30 AM (+05:30 UTC) Venue: Target Center
Timberwolves: Not dialed-in
The Timberwolves haven’t done well so far. They have been exposed on the defensive end even by struggling teams and they have allowed opponents to rack up second-chance points. Their defense isn’t terrible but it is still compromised to some level while even their highly-rated offense has not been in great touch. The team needs more out of D’Angelo Russell, who has had perhaps the worst start of his career thus far whereas the bench is also looking abysmal. Anthony-Towns and Anthony Edwards have been big-time scorers but they have been unable to break the rust. Rudy Gobert has had some impact but he hasn’t changed the defensive complexion as much as expected.
Suns: Some hiccups but they will be alright
The Suns lost Cam Johnson to injury for a couple of months it seems and without him, the overall balance has been disturbed on both ends. Thus, the team will have to now get it done with primarily a four-man rotation of Paul, Booker, Bridges, and Ayton. The bright part is that Booker, Bridges, and Ayton have been playing top-notch basketball on both ends and bring variety in the attack, Booker being a scoring machine, Bridges bringing both slashing and shooting while Ayton with a versatile low-post and high-post game. If Paul is healthy, his playmaking provides embers for open looks, and the Suns will continue to decimate units on most nights.

Devin Booker(PHX) Points: 28 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 05 Steals: 01 Devin is amidst another brilliant scoring season and he has become a solid two-way Star at this point. I believe he will be in 25+ Points, 4-7 assists, and 4-6 rebounds range. Devin can be chosen as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.
Karl Anthony-Towns(MIN) Points: 25 Rebounds: 13 Assists: 07 Steals: 02 Blocks: 01 Karl has been doing a lot, scoring at high-clip, rebounding the ball, and also providing ample playmaking. I believe he will be in 20-26 points, 10-14 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks/steals range.
Chris Paul(PHX) Points: 02 Rebounds: 02 Assists: 02 Steals: 02 CP-3 left the game early during the last tussle but when he plays, he is one of the most effective playmakers and a decent scorer. I believe he will be in 10-15 points, 9-12 assists, and 1-3 steals range.
Anthony Edwards(MIN) Points: 16 Rebounds: 09 Assists: 01 Steals: 01 Wing Anthony has become a well-rounded scorer and his contributions have elevated Timberwolves’ offense. I believe he will be in 18-25 points, 4-7 rebounds, and 3-5 assists range.
Rudy Gobert(MIN) Center Gobert has been a stellar presence as a rebounder, inside scorer, and shot-blocker. He missed the last game but will probably play here. I believe he will be in 10-16 points, 10-15 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks range.
Deandre Ayton(PHX) Points: 14 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 00 Steals: 01 Blocks: 01 Centre Deandre has been doing a great job on the boards and scoring at a high clip. I believe he will be in 19-25 points, 9-14 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks range.
D’Angelo Russell(MIN) Points: 14 Rebounds: 02 Assists: 08 Blocks: 02 Steals: 01 Guard Russell’s sharpshooting has been off but he is still proving amazing playmaking. I believe he will be in 13-19 points and 6-9 assists range.
