HOU vs OKC DREAM11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Oklahoma City Thunder will be locking horns against playoffs rivals Houston Rockets at the Chesapeake Energy Arena, Oklahoma City, in Oklahoma, on Friday morning (IST).

Oklahoma City Thunder:

Oklahoma City Thunder’s imperious six-game winning streak faces its most notable threat when they face Houston Rockets at their own home. The reason being the absence of Russell Westbrook, enough to make the opponents feel confident about their own prospects, and more than enough for OKC to get nervous.

The 2017 MVP missed his team’s first three games through a knee injury and Thunder ended up losing all the matches, while he almost scored game-highs in all the matches he played in OKC’s six-game winning run.

However, Dennis Schroder showed that Oklahoma have a good depth in their squad and they can cope with Westbrook’s absence.

Houston Rockets:

Houston Rockets’ started their campaign in the worst possible manner. Five losses in the first six games are nowhere near the targets this franchise may have set up at the start of the new NBA season.

However, despite missing both Paul George and James Harden through injury against Brooklyn Nets, Rockets snapped their four-game losing streak by winning 111-119 and started their mini repairing job. Rockets have now won three in a row but the biggest challenge will be coming in the next few games as they prepare to take on Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs on the road.

Regular Season Record-
Oklahoma City Thunder: W-6, L-4
Houston Rockets: W-4, L-5

Players to watch out for:

Oklahoma City Thunder:

Dennis Schroder- Somebody had to fill in for the injured superstar Russell Westbrook and Dennis Schroder, more or less, was spot on in his absence. The 25-year-old dropped a game-high 28 points in the 95-86 win over Cleveland Cavaliers.

Paul George – The former Indiana Pacers star the man-to-go when Westbrook is not on the teamsheet. George is only the 2nd player in Thunder team to average in the 20s this season. Definitely a candidate for ‘Star’ in your NBA Fantasy team.

Houston Rockets:

Chris Paul – Has had an average season so far and is averaging way below than his career stats. However, the former Clippers star remains indispensable for Rockets’ aspirations along with James Harden. He is dropping 17.7 points per game.

James Harden – Mr Beard returned to the team against Chicago Bulls and made an immediate impact. The reigning NBA MVP is averaging 27.8 points per game this season.

HOU vs OKC DREAM11 Fantasy Team:

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:

Houston Rockets have recovered from a slow start and are no a three-game winning streak heading into this match. With Russell Westbrook out of the match, toppling James Harden and company at their own backyard could become a task too great to accomplish.
Rockets to win the match
