Tyler Herro shooting MIA vs ATL Dream11

MIA vs ATL Dream11: NBA is slowly heading into the NBA Playoffs territory and the Play-in tournament will serve as the starter to the Playoffs cuisine. The Regular Season is just going to last three more days and that means we may see some starters being rested for a remaining couple of games that most teams have to play. In the Eastern Conference, the Miami Heat has sealed the first rank while the Hawks desperately fight for the eighth rank against the Brooklyn Nets.

Interestingly, the Heat lost four in a row just a few days ago but a five-game winning streak has propelled them back to the earlier level. This winning streak came at just the right time and the Heat is most likely going to enter the Playoffs with a big-time confident streak.

On the other hand, just like last season, the Hawks are making a terrific push to close out the season, but unlike the last season, they have been unable to seal a bye till the First Round of the Playoffs. As of now, it is unclear if the team will finish as the seventh or the eighth-ranked team.

Host: Miami Heat

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

The Miami Heat defeated the Charlotte Hornets 144:115 as Tyler Herro soared for 35 points

It will be interesting to see which squad will Heat end up facing in the first round. It can be one of the squads among the Cavaliers, Nets, Hawks, and Hornets. The Nets and Hawks look like the favorites to make it to the Play-in tournament, but hey you never know! The Heat will have the work cut out nonetheless and if they make it out of the First Round, they will most likely face the Philadelphia 76ers and that can be a tricky match-up. The East has gotten way deeper this season, and there are numerous title contenders propping up.

What will make the Heat tough to beat is the experience and team chemistry. Butler knows how to unlock his game during the Playoffs while Bam Adebayo has been able to dominate inside with his size and athleticism. Remember this duo has been to the NBA Finals just a couple of years ago. However, the team has a trump card this time around in Tyler Herro who has been playing a high-quality brand of basketball while Lowry is one of the reasons why the team’s win count increased, he not only brings elite defense but he can take the load off, Butler. Let us see if PJ Tucker is ready by the time the Playoffs start, he can be a huge factor.

The Atlanta Hawks come into this game after defeating the Wizards 118:103 as Trae Young popped for another 30 points night

Hawks go as far as Trae goes, and that has been one of the reasons why they have struggled when he hasn’t shot well. Young has been able to light it up from outside and he will be huge once the Playoffs arrive, however, a First Round exit looks like the most expected outcome at this point. Hey, first can they even make it out of the Play-in tournament? There are concerns for the Hawks away from home and when you will enter as a low-seed, most of the games will be away from home, which doesn’t bode well for the team.

Not having John Collins can hurt the team but Danilo Gallinari has had some great scoring nights at the big Forward position. Capela continues to be an elite defender and without him, the Hawks would have been way worse defensively. Kevin Huerter has been doing well as a starting Guard while Bogdan Bogdanovic has given some great production as a shooter. The team can be exposed defensively away from home but they have been a really tough nut to crack when playing at home. This game can serve as the Preview to the First Round.
